Wist jij dat x''' (dus de derde afgeleide van x, of gewoon de afgeleide van de versnelling) 'jerk' wordt genoemd, en dat de hogere afgeleiden 'snap, crackle en pop' heten? Deze Impuls heeft dus als thema: x''' = 0, x'''' > 0. Hij komt er KEI hard aan met extra veel versnelling. Of we hadden hem ook 'met zonder jerk en positieve snap' kunnen noemen.

Zoals altijd ontvangen wij heel graag stukjes! Graag in .tex format voor de deadline van 22 mei mailen naar Stukjes met extra veel versnelling, jerk, snap, crackle of pop zijn heel welkom, maar ook in een totaal ander thema. Als ze maar HEEL versneld naar ons toe komen!

Did you know that x''' (i.e., the third derivative of x, or simply the derivative of acceleration) is called 'jerk', and that the higher derivatives are called 'snap, crackle, and pop'? So the theme of this Impuls is: x''' = 0, x'''' > 0. It's coming at you FAST with extra acceleration. Or we could have called it "without jerk and positive snap."

As always, we'd love to receive submissions! Please email them in .tex format by the May 22 deadline to Submissions with extra acceleration, jerk, snap, crackle, or pop are very welcome, but so are those with a completely different theme. As long as they come to us at full speed!
