Heb jij ook nog een hoop rotzooi liggen waarvan je niet weet wat je ermee aanmoet? De komende maand zet Marie Curie een inzamelpunt op in de Zuidkantine waar je kleine spullen die hun nut zijn kwijtgeraakt kunt achterlaten. Denk hierbij aan bierdopjes, kapotte bakjes, PET flessen, etc. Tijdens de Wellbeing Weeks zal er een knutselactiviteit in de pauze zijn waar jullie een nieuw leven kunnen geven aan deze voorwerpen. Dit zal op 20 februari zijn in HG00.539. Mis het niet en neem al je troep mee naar de uni!

Dear Marieërs,

Do you also have a lot of junk lying around and no idea what to do with it? This month, Marie Curie is setting up a collection point in the South Canteen where you can drop off small items that have lost their usefulness. Think of bottle caps, broken containers, PET bottles, etc. During the Wellbeing Weeks, there will be a crafting activity during the lunch break where you can give these items a new life. This will take place on February 20th in HG00.539. Don't miss it, and bring all your junk to uni!

Beste student,

Op dinsdag 25 februari organiseert SPiN (Students Physics in the Netherlands) de nationale Masterdag 📚🎓 voor iedereen die (toegepaste) natuurkunde of sterrenkunde studeert en na de bachelor een master wil doen. Tijdens de Masterdag kun je allerlei masteropleidingen ontdekken van universiteiten uit heel Nederland. ✨💫

Het handige? Alle studies zijn op één plek te vinden, dus je hoeft niet door het hele land te reizen!

Op de dag zelf hebben masteropleidingen die te maken hebben met (toegepaste) natuurkunde en sterrenkunde hun eigen stand. Je kunt gezellig rondlopen over de informatiemarkt en in gesprek gaan met mensen van verschillende opleidingen. Dit jaar wordt de Masterdag gehouden in Groningen.

We beginnen om 13:00 uur en gaan door tot 17:00 uur.

On Tuesday, February 25, SPiN (Students Physics in the Netherlands) is organising the national Master's Day 📚🎓 for all students who study (applied) physics or astronomy and want to pursue a master's degree after their bachelor's. At the Master's Day, you will be introduced to many different Master's programmes from different Universities within the Netherlands. ✨💫

You can visit a lot of study programmes in the Netherlands, all in one location, this means that you wont have to travel all around the Netherlands.

On the day itself, study programmes related to (applied) physics and astronomy will have their own stand. You can walk around the information market and get to know these study programmes from all over the Netherlands. This year the Master's Day will be organised in Groningen.

Address: Feringa building atrium, Nijenborgh 3, 9747 AG Groningen. It starts at 13:00 and lasts until 17:00.

Reis: 6 tot 9 maart

De tijd is aangekomen voor de jaarlijkse reis naar CERN! Kom mee naar Genève om meer te leren over LHC of gewoon een onvergetelijke tijd te hebben. Dit jaar zal overnacht worden in Genève en krijg je de kans om de stad te ontdekken, er zal een rondleiding in CERN zijn. De deelnemersbijdrage dit jaar zal €168,65 + 30,00 - 168,65 zijn. Schrijf je in via: link. Wees er zo snel mogelijk bij! Er zijn namelijk maar 42 plekken beschikbaar. In het geval er teveel inschrijvingen zijn zal er geloot moeten worden.
