Today (or maybe yesterday), we kicked off our study trip to South Korea! We got waved goodbye by the sweetest Marie Curie members who encourage us for our 28 hour -don't quote me on the exact number- journey to Seoul. Halfway through, we had a five hour layover in Beijing which I used to fuel up with some good food and company.
We got off the plane in Incheon at around 10 pm and were in a hurry to get to Seoul before the public transport stopped for the day. I ended up meeting a influencer at the Incheon metro station who kindly gave us some disposable cameras after we chatted for a bit! (Make sure to give him a follow if you want to see the pictures that we will take).
Finally arrived at our guest house in Seoul at 1 am, a few of us decided to go on an adventure to get some snacks and drinks, when Thijs skillfully spotted a well-camouflaged cat. This brings me to the end of this travel blog as it's now almost 4 am and a busy day awaits tomorrow. Stay tuned for the next blog!
